Over 16 years, Darren has practised yoga and for the past 6 years has specialized in teaching yoga. He has an intuitive, supportive approach with mental, emotional, spiritual and physical dimensions.
Injuries and limitations due to sport, allow him to relate and understand the limitations of others.
His focus is teaching the connection between mind, body and breath, to alleviate stress, injuries and pain while bringing calm, inner peace and harmony to your day.
