Fuyuko Sawamura-Toyota
Fuyuko is a certified iRest® Yoga Nidra Senior Trainer, Senior Retreat Leader, and Director of Australasia for the iRest Center. Drawing from her Japanese heritage, her teaching reflects a Zen-inspired simplicity and a quiet, feminine presence. She invites students into a felt-sense experience of meditation—beyond intellectual understanding—through self-inquiry and gentle guidance.
With nearly 30 years of teaching experience across Australia, Asia, and Oceania, Fuyuko creates nurturing spaces for embodied awakening to one’s True Nature, supporting others in living with inner stillness, joy, and natural ease.

Chris Prawita
Chris is a sound alchemist, intuitive healer, and sacred space facilitator. Her work is rooted in deep listening, authenticity, and reverence for the unseen. Through immersive sound journeys using traditional instruments, voice, and vibrational frequencies, she offers experiences that restore harmony, support emotional healing, and awaken inner presence.
With a background in healing arts and a deep connection to her Indonesian lineage, Chris holds space for gentle transformation, allowing each individual to return to their natural rhythm, clarity, and balance.
