Cancellation by the attendee:

Before 26th October, 2025: A refund of the event/course fee minus an administration fee of AU$300.00.

After 26th October, 2025 or after the event starts: No refunds will be issued, except under exceptional circumstances, unless we are able to fill your place from the wait list.

In cases of illness or other significant unforeseen circumstances beyond the participant’s control, a refund may be provided less an administration fee. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to Prema Yoga Studio and, where relevant, supported by appropriate documentation (e.g., a medical certificate). Please note that changes of mind or changes in personal preference are not valid grounds for a refund. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Prema Yoga Studio.

Course dates and locations:
Course dates and locations are subject to change. Prema Yoga Studio and iRest Institute reserve the right to cancel any course due to extenuating circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of course and event fees (including deposit) will be issued. However, we are not responsible for any consequential losses, including travel or accommodation expenses, under any circumstances.

Cancellation by Prema Yoga Studio or iRest Institute:
We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time.

If you have paid a deposit and the course is cancelled by Prema Yoga Studio or iRest Institute, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.
We may also cancel your enrolment due to mental or physical health reasons, non-attendance, disruption of others in the course, or for any reason where we reasonably deem you unfit to remain in the event / course.
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs, and cancellation fees and event/course fees may be retained by us.
