Cancellation by the Participant:

On or before 24 October 2026:
A refund of the retreat fee will be provided, less a non-refundable administration fee of A$300.

From 25 October 2026: No refunds will be issued.

In cases of illness or other significant unforeseen circumstances beyond the participant's control, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Prema Yoga Studio. Requests must be made in writing and, where applicable, supported by appropriate documentation (e.g. a medical certificate).

Please note that changes of mind, personal circumstances, or personal preference are not considered valid grounds for a refund.

Retreat Dates and Venue:
Retreat dates and venue are subject to change. Prema Yoga Studio reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In this event, all retreat fees paid, including any deposit, will be refunded in full.
Prema Yoga Studio is not responsible for any consequential losses or expenses, including travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.

Cancellation by Prema Yoga Studio:
Prema Yoga Studio reserves the right to cancel the retreat or a participant's enrolment where reasonably necessary.

If the retreat is cancelled by Prema Yoga Studio, all retreat fees paid, including any deposit, will be refunded in full.

We may also cancel a participant's enrolment due to physical or mental health concerns, non-attendance, behaviour that disrupts the retreat, or where we reasonably consider the participant unsuitable to continue participating.

Except where required by law, Prema Yoga Studio is not responsible for any incidental or consequential expenses, including travel, accommodation, or cancellation fees incurred by participants.
