About The Retreat
Join us for a nourishing five-day in-person residential silent retreat at the serene Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center, nestled in the tranquil Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. From November 27 to December 1, 2024, this retreat offers you the opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and immerse yourself in deep rest, self-reflection, and healing.
Through the practices of iRest Yoga Nidra, very gentle iRest in movement meditation (BodySensing and BreathSensing), and self-reflection time, you’ll be guided to embrace all parts of yourself just as you are. This retreat is designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit, allowing you to reconnect with your true nature and foster inner transformation. Whether you are new to meditation or have years of experience, you will gain practical tools to integrate peace, compassion, and resilience into your daily life and interactions with the world.
Set in the peaceful surroundings of the Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center, this retreat will provide a nurturing environment for rest and renewal. It offers the space and support you need to deepen your heart-centered practice while being embraced by nature and community.

About Fuyuko Toyota
Fuyuko Toyota is a certified iRest Senior Trainer, Retreat Leader, and Supervisor/Mentor. Since 1996, she has been deeply committed to the path of Yoga and ancient Non-dual wisdom. She is also a certified meditation teacher, a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor, and a Yoga therapist.
At her yoga studio, “Prema Yoga” on the Gold Coast, Australia, and internationally, Fuyuko integrates iRest and Self-Inquiry into her teachings of Yoga, Somatic body awareness, and meditation. In 2007, under the guidance of her spiritual teacher, Richard Miller, she gained a profound understanding of our true nature. This realization has led to a life filled with deep joy, wonder, and Stillness, inspiring her heartfelt wish to share these precious teachings with others.
Fuyuko teaches iRest trainings and retreats across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and various Asian countries. Additionally, she has been assisting and co-teaching iRest trainings in North America alongside Richard Miller and other senior trainers.

Getting There
The Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center is located in Mornington Peninsula, approximately 80-90 km from Melbourne.
From Melbourne Airport:Shuttle Bus to Frankston:You can take the Frankston Peninsula Airport Shuttle from Melbourne Airport to Frankston. The journey typically takes around 1.5 hours.
You can book your shuttle in advance on their website: Frankston Peninsula Airport Shuttle.
Taxi or Rideshare to the Center:Once in Frankston, you can take a short taxi or rideshare ride (approximately 10-15 minutes) to the Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center.

Accommodation Prices (Including Meals and GST):

- Twin Share Room (Ensuite): $680 AUD
- Commuter (Meals Only, No Accommodation): $290 AUD
