iRest^® Level 2 Training

[Terms, Condition & Cancellation Policy ]

Cancellation by the attendee:
- Prior to 30 days: A refund of the course fee minus an administration fee of AU$330.00.
- 11-30 days before the start of the event: A refund of the course fee minus a cancellation fee of AU$500.00.
- 0-10 days before and after the event starts: No refunds will be issued, except for exceptional circumstances.

In circumstances such as illness, personal difficulty or change of circumstances, payment may be refunded less of administration fee. Requests for such refund of payment are to be made in writing to Prema Yoga Studio, and decisions are subject to the discretion of Prema Yoga Studio.

Course dates and locations subject to change.
Prema Yoga Studio reserves the right to cancel any course due to extenuating circumstances. In the unlikely event that this occurs, a full refund of course and event fees paid (including deposit) will be returned to the participant. However, no responsibility will be accepted for any consequential loss in any circumstances.

We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time.

If you have paid a deposit and the course is cancelled by Prema Yoga Studio or iRest Institute, you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

We may cancel your enrolment for mental and physical health reasons, non-attendance, disruption of others in the course, or for any reason by which we reasonably deem you unfit to remain in the course.

We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred, and a cancellation fee and course fees may be retained by us.

[Limitation of liability]
By paying a deposit, part or full payment to the course or service provided by Fuyuko Sawamura-Toyota and Prema Yoga Studio, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage which you may suffer (directly or indirectly) in connection with or arising out of your participation in the course or service.
You release us and our instructor, substitute instructors, assistants, facility, officers, employees, agents and representatives (referred to as ‘Providers’) from all actions, causes, claims, suits, damages and any liability arising out of or in connection with your participation in yoga, meditation, iRest and our courses including, but not limited to, personal physical, mental or emotional injury, illness (including death) and/or loss of property. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless all of the Providers.
