Spring Birds

Hello Yogis and Yoginis,

You’ve been very much in my thoughts while travelling 5000km through France over the last month and a half.  I hope your Yoga practice has flowed rather than ebbed, although there’s no point in beating ourselves up about it, as what is more natural than this water-like cycle.  As the days gradually grow longer, we can gently begin, or continue, to lengthen our muscles, exhales and focus – on seed thoughts which may come to sprout in Spring. 

I’m looking forward to seeing you on the mat again Monday evenings from 6pm.
